Hi, I’m Yve.
My journey has been shaped by over a decade of experience in high-pressure situations, where I've witnessed the incredible impact that compassionate communication can have. As a crisis negotiator, veteran deputy sheriff, and state trainer, I've seen too many talented individuals struggle in environments that just don’t nurture their creativity.
My experience has taught me that every interaction is an opportunity for connection and understanding, and I carry this philosophy into my training sessions for law enforcement officers and businesses.
With a background in applied psychology, I’ve developed a strong understanding of human behavior and motivation. This allows me to see both sides of a story, rather than operate on a confirmation bias, which is essential for genuine communication. I believe that the only way to truly influence people is to connect with them on a deeper level, creating an environment where everyone feels seen and heard.
What sets me apart in my approach is my background in improv, where I learned to adapt quickly, collaborate with others, and think on my feet. Improv teaches you to really listen—to respond to others with openness and flexibility. I carry these principles into everything I do, from training law enforcement to helping businesses foster deeper connections.
I want to dig deeper into what truly drives people—their passions and motivations. By doing this, we not only help marginalized voices speak up, but also bring them into the spotlight where they belong.
